Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/02/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ryuu Shimoda (23 - 6) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Jamie Beavin(1 - 2) from Saint Paul, USA.  

Round 1: 

Shimoda closes the distance.  Shimoda sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Shimoda attempts to land a left hook, but Beavin slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Shimoda advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Beavin is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Shimoda hits the target with a stinging jab.
