Boxing Daily Report from the Colombia National Finals 2035,  taking place on 11/03/2035 from Bello, Colombia:

The Bello venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Lisandro Ventura (5 - 15) who hails from Buenaventura, Colombia and Nemesio Barreda(9 - 3) from Bucaramanga, Colombia.

Ventura throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Barreda holds on to his opponent.  Ventura tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Barreda behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ventura about fouling.

Barreda steps inside and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Barreda throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Barreda clinches his opponent.  Barreda leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ventura's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight. Barreda's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
