Boxing Daily Report from the Dominican Republic National Finals 2035,  taking place on 11/03/2035 from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic:

The San Pedro de Macoris venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.

Rico walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Camarillo is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Rico is looking to close the distance.  Camarillo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Camarillo lands a cross.  
Camarillo switches the action to the outside.  Camarillo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Camarillo tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a cross, but Rico parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Rico hits home with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Camarillo's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
