The Honolulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Whetten (18 - 14) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Antwan Lawlis(4 - 20) from Waterbury, USA.

Whetten walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Whetten sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Lawlis digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Whetten lands a right hook.  
Whetten hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Whetten connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Whetten drives a left hook into Lawlis's liver.  
Lawlis tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Whetten steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  Whetten tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Lawlis throws a left hook, but Whetten ties up his opponent.  Lawlis hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Lawlis.

Lawlis throws a left uppercut, but Whetten holds on to his opponent.  Whetten leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Whetten lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Whetten holds on to his opponent.  Whetten is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Whetten lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Whetten gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Whetten walks Lawlis down, trapping him on the ropes.  Whetten quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Whetten throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Lawlis's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
