Boxing Daily Report from the France National Finals 2035,  taking place on 26/03/2035 from Roubaix, France:

The Roubaix venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Quennel Rochefort (11 - 11) who hails from Mulhouse, France and Simon Ankah(22(9) - 10) from Paris, France.  

Round 1:

Rochefort throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Ankah holds on to his opponent.  Rochefort hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ankah pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Rochefort's body.  
Ankah is on target with a stinging right hook to Rochefort's body.  
Ankah cuts off the ring, trapping Rochefort in a corner.  Ankah hits home with a solid right hook.

Rochefort throws a left hook, but Ankah holds on to his opponent.  Ankah leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ankah tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rochefort behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ankah lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Ankah lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Ankah attempts to land a left hook, but Rochefort blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Ankah lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, DROPPING ROCHEFORT TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ankah!
