Alastair Casey vs Will Gillespie

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/03/2035 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alastair Casey (14 - 6) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Will Gillespie(1 - 0) from Tuscaloosa, USA.  

Round 1: 

Casey advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.

Casey is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Gillespie throws a right uppercut, but Casey clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Casey pushes his forearm into Gillespie's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Casey walks Gillespie onto the ropes.  Casey sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Casey quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.
