Hitoshi Ogasawara vs Demetrius Drakos

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/04/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hitoshi Ogasawara (47(9) - 15) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Demetrius Drakos(4 - 6) from Heraklion, Greece.  

Round 1: 

Ogasawara gets on the inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Ogasawara lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Drakos connects with a cross.  
Ogasawara gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  Ogasawara is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ogasawara lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Ogasawara clinches his opponent.  Ogasawara pushes his forearm into Drakos's face.  The referee warns Ogasawara and breaks the clinch.  
Ogasawara lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Drakos connects with a left hook.  Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Drakos pushes his forearm into Ogasawara's face.  The ref breaks Ogasawara's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Drakos connects with a left uppercut.  
Ogasawara lands a firm right hook.  
Drakos digs in a left hook to Ogasawara's liver.  
Ogasawara is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ogasawara lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Drakos switches the action to the outside.  Ogasawara lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Drakos pivots to the left of his opponent, but Ogasawara is on target with a jab.

Drakos pivots to the right of his opponent, but Ogasawara lands with a spiteful jab.  
Ogasawara gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Ogasawara is looking to close the distance.  Ogasawara sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Ogasawara steps inside.  Drakos lands a solid left hook.  
Ogasawara digs in a solid right hook to Drakos's body.  
Drakos steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Ogasawara sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ogasawara steps inside and drives a firm left hook into Drakos's body.  
Ogasawara manouvers Drakos into a neutral corner.  Ogasawara lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Ogasawara clinches his opponent.  Ogasawara leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ogasawara pushes his forearm into Drakos's face.  The referee warns Ogasawara and breaks the clinch.  
Drakos throws a right hook, but Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  Ogasawara is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ogasawara about fouling.  
Drakos quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Drakos tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Ogasawara is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Ogasawara lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ogasawara hits home with a firm cross.  
Ogasawara closes the distance.  Ogasawara quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Drakos throws a right hook, but Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  Ogasawara is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ogasawara lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ogasawara crashes a mean left hook to his opponents liver.  DRAKOS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Drakos's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Ogasawara connects with a firm right hook.  
Ogasawara is looking to force the stoppage!  Ogasawara lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS DRAKOS TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 9.  Drakos now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ogasawara lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Drakos recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ogasawara pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ogasawara lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Ogasawara clinches his opponent.  Ogasawara leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Ogasawara SLAMS a DEVASTATING left hook into his opponents face.  DRAKOS IS DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE DRAKOS CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Ogasawara!
