The Panama City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cortez Maradiaga (1 - 1) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Juan Paul(10(1) - 5) from San Miguelito, Panama.

Paul lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Paul clinches his opponent.  Paul uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Maradiaga behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Maradiaga quickly recovers. 
Paul lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Paul drives a left hook into Maradiaga's body.  
Paul gets on the inside.  Maradiaga drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Maradiaga throws a right hook, but Paul clinches his opponent.  Paul is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Paul to stop fouling.  
Paul sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Maradiaga throws a right hook, but Paul ties up his opponent.  Maradiaga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Paul's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Paul lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head, AND MARADIAGA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Maradiaga steps to the outside.  Paul is looking to force the stoppage!  Paul is on target with a nasty left uppercut.  MARADIAGA IS DOWN!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Paul!
