Hideki Tsutsumi vs Yoshi Muranaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/05/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hideki Tsutsumi (4 - 2) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yoshi Muranaka(2 - 10) from Hachioji, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Tsutsumi hits home with a sharp cross.  
Muranaka is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Muranaka manouvers Tsutsumi onto the ropes.  Muranaka is on target with a solid left uppercut.  
Muranaka connects with a solid cross.  
Muranaka closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to Tsutsumi's body.  
Muranaka advances into close range and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Tsutsumi tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Muranaka steps inside.  Tsutsumi lands a left hook.  
Tsutsumi is on target with a jab.  
Tsutsumi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Muranaka manouvers Tsutsumi onto the ropes.  Muranaka is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Tsutsumi steps to the outside and lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Tsutsumi switches the action to the outside.  Tsutsumi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Muranaka hits home with a firm left hook.  Muranaka tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Tsutsumi steps to the outside and strikes his opponents body with a jab.

Muranaka advances into close range.  Muranaka throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Tsutsumi time to recover.  
Muranaka is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Tsutsumi steps away from his opponent.  Muranaka attempts to land a cross, but Tsutsumi slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Muranaka manouvers Tsutsumi onto the ropes.  Muranaka sidesteps to the right of his opponent and goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Tsutsumi's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Muranaka advances into close range and attempts to land a right hook, but Tsutsumi parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tsutsumi hits home with a spiteful jab.  Tsutsumi throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tsutsumi feints a left hook, and then lands with a sharp jab.  
Tsutsumi feints a left hook, and then strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Tsutsumi feints a left, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Tsutsumi lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Muranaka steps inside and drives a firm right hook into Tsutsumi's body.

Muranaka gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Tsutsumi's liver.  
Muranaka drives a solid left uppercut into Tsutsumi's body.  Tsutsumi clinches his opponent.  Muranaka throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Muranaka about fouling.  
Tsutsumi attempts to land an overhand left, but Muranaka blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Tsutsumi tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a cross.  
Tsutsumi strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Muranaka tries to land a jab, but Tsutsumi sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
