Tom McCorkle vs Frank McCornack

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/06/2035 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Tom McCorkle (2 - 5) who hails from Blackpool, UK and Frank McCornack(1 - 7) from Wolverhampton, UK.  

Round 1: 

McCornack advances into close range.  McCorkle digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
McCornack sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
McCorkle steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McCorkle throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives McCornack time to recover.  
McCornack advances into close range.  McCorkle digs in a left hook to McCornack's liver.  
McCorkle switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a stinging jab.  
McCornack steps inside and lands a right hook.  
McCornack gets on the inside.  McCorkle hits home with a firm left hook.  
McCorkle pivots from in front of his opponent.  McCorkle attempts to land a cross, but McCornack slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
McCornack connects with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McCorkle's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

McCorkle feints a right, and then lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
McCorkle lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
McCorkle feints a jab, but McCornack does not fall for it and responds with a left hook.
