Joe Leishman vs Arran Inch

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/06/2035 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Joe Leishman (21 - 7) who hails from Tallahassee, USA and Arran Inch(1 - 3) from Austin, USA.  

Round 1: 

Leishman tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Inch pivots to the side of his opponent.  Inch tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Inch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Leishman attempts to land a jab, but Inch sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Inch manages to force Leishman onto the ropes.  Inch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Leishman hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Leishman tries to land a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Inch lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Inch gets on the inside.  Inch leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Leishman steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Inch lands a stiff jab.  
Inch is looking to close the distance.  Leishman pivots to the right of his opponent.  Inch attempts to land a right uppercut, but Leishman sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Inch hits home with a cross.  Inch tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Leishman is on target with a cross.  
Inch advances into close range and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Inch's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Inch connects with an overhand left.  
Leishman tries to land a left uppercut, but Inch slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Leishman steps to the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Leishman tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.
