The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hiro Akiyama (21 - 11) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Takeshi Higa(1 - 5) from Toyota, Japan.

Higa pivots to the side of his opponent, but Akiyama lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Higa throws a right hook, but Akiyama clinches his opponent.  Akiyama is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Akiyama is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Akiyama's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Akiyama lands a stinging jab.  
Higa steps inside and connects with a solid right hook.  
Higa gets on the inside and manages to force Akiyama into the blue corner.  Higa lands a sharp left uppercut.

Higa closes the distance and walks Akiyama down, trapping him on the ropes.  Higa throws a left hook, but Akiyama holds on to his opponent.  Akiyama pushes his forearm into Higa's face.  The referee warns Akiyama and breaks the clinch.
