Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/07/2035 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ryo Avelar (15 - 8) who hails from Duque de Cazias, Brazil and Rogelio Avilla(8 - 11) from Goiania, Brazil.  

Round 1: 

Avilla is looking to close the distance.  Avelar digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Avilla gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Avelar hits home with a right hook.  
Avilla advances into close range.  Avelar throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Avelar sidesteps to the right of his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.  
Avilla gets on the inside.  Avilla sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Avilla goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Avelar's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Avilla tries to land a jab, but Avelar sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Avilla advances into close range.  Avilla sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Avilla walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Avelar lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Avilla steps inside.  Avelar throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Avilla sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Avelar throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Avilla sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Avelar connects with a right hook.  
Avilla closes the distance.  Avilla pivots from in front of his opponent.  Avilla attempts to land a left hook, but Avelar slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Avilla gets on the inside and forces Avelar to back into a corner.  Avelar connects with a left hook.  
Avelar drives a left uppercut into Avilla's ribs.  
Avelar switches the action to the outside and hits home with a solid cross.

Avilla steps inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Avilla is on target with a solid right hook to Avelar's ribcage.
