Barry Vaughn vs Stephen Maine

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/07/2035 from Baton Rouge, USA:

The Baton Rouge venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Barry Vaughn (28 - 31(3)) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Stephen Maine(9 - 8) from Baton Rouge, USA.  

Round 1:

Vaughn voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Maine tries to tag Vaughn on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Maine is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Vaughn is on target with a left hook.  Vaughn holds on to his opponent.  Vaughn uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Maine behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Maine connects with a right hook.  
Maine lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Vaughn lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Vaughn hits home with a cross.  
Maine closes the distance.  Vaughn lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Vaughn clinches his opponent.  Maine pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Maine.
