Gareth Dixon vs Mark Fullerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/07/2035 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gareth Dixon (36 - 11) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Mark Fullerton(3 - 3) from Boise, USA.  

Round 1: 

Fullerton hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Dixon throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Dixon holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Dixon pushes his forearm into Fullerton's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Dixon walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Dixon connects with a solid left hook.  
Dixon throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Dixon clinches his opponent.  Dixon pushes his forearm into Fullerton's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Dixon lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Dixon is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Dixon strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Dixon is looking to close the distance.  Dixon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Fullerton lands a left uppercut.

Fullerton walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Dixon lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Dixon is looking to close the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Dixon lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Dixon is looking to close the distance.  Dixon pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dixon throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Dixon ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Dixon pushes his forearm into Fullerton's face.  The referee warns Dixon and breaks the clinch.

Dixon walks Fullerton onto the ropes.  Dixon lands a left uppercut.
