John Oswald vs Kian Zucco

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/08/2035 from Macon, USA:

The Macon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Oswald (17 - 9) who hails from Augusta, USA and Kian Zucco(0 - 4) from New Orleans, USA.  

Round 1: 

Oswald attempts to land a left hook, but Zucco sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Oswald lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Oswald lands a sharp cross.  
Oswald lands a jab.  
Zucco is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Zucco pivots from in front of his opponent, but Oswald is on target with a firm left hook.  
Zucco lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Oswald holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Zucco pushes his forearm into Oswald's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Zucco about fouling.  
Oswald pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Oswald gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Zucco sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Oswald lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Oswald lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Zucco lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Oswald hits home with a sharp jab.

Zucco throws a right hook, but Oswald ties up his opponent.  Zucco throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Zucco leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Oswald throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Oswald ties up his opponent.  Zucco leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Oswald lands a cross.  
Oswald hits home with a left hook.  
Oswald closes the distance and drives a left hook into Zucco's liver.  
Zucco lands a left hook.  
Oswald walks Zucco down, trapping him in the corner.  Zucco drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Oswald holds on to his opponent.  Oswald leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Oswald pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Zucco's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Zucco throws a right hook, but Oswald clinches his opponent.  Oswald pushes his forearm into Zucco's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Oswald to stop fouling.  
Oswald steps inside.  Zucco digs in a right hook to Oswald's body.
