Bellamy Bay vs Mason Mullins

Boxing Daily Report from the Riyadh World Boxing Championships 2035,  taking place on 07/09/2035 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

The Riyadh venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Round of 32 fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching the broadcast live from around the world, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bellamy Bay (16 - 7) who hails from Abobo, Ivory Coast and Mason Mullins(59(8) - 7) from Kansas City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Mullins cuts off the ring, trapping Bay on the ropes.  Mullins connects with a left hook.  
Mullins lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Mullins lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mullins pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a BRUTAL right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE BAY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Mullins could be enough to finish Bay!  Mullins SLAMS a CRUSHING left uppercut into his opponents face.  BAY IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Bay has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Mullins forces Bay to retreat onto the ropes.  Bay attempts to land a left hook, but Mullins blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Bay tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Bay connects with a cross.  Bay tries to land a cross, but Mullins sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Mullins steps inside and digs in a left uppercut to Bay's body.  
Mullins quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mullins throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Mullins is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Mullins forces Bay to back into the ropes.  Mullins digs in a left hook to Bay's body.  Mullins throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mullins pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a telling left hook.  BAY IS HURT!  Bay almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Bay steps away from his opponent.  Mullins lands an overhand right, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Mullins closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Bay is on target with a right hook.  
Bay tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mullins's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Mullins pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Bay hits home with a firm cross.  
Bay lands a cross.  
Mullins pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Bay's ribs.  
Mullins walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Mullins lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Mullins drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Bay throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Mullins lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bay hits home with a cross.  
Bay lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Bay switches the action to the outside.  Bay feints a cross, and then throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a spiteful right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE BAY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Mullins manouvers Bay onto the ropes.  Bay is on target with a jab.  
Mullins lands three consecutive straights to his opponents body.  
Bay is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mullins is looking to force the stoppage!  Mullins SLAMS a mean left hook into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES BAY!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Bay now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Mullins is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Mullins lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!
