Brad Abudho vs Glynn Connelly

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/01/2036 from Nairobi, Kenya:

The Nairobi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Brad Abudho (15 - 11) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Glynn Connelly(1 - 2) from Londonderry, UK.  

Round 1: 

Connelly is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand right.  
Abudho lands with a solid jab.  
Abudho gets on the inside.  Abudho quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Abudho lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Abudho hits home with a left hook.  
Connelly feints a left hook, but Abudho does not fall for it and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Abudho closes the distance.  Abudho pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Abudho cuts off the ring, trapping Connelly in a corner.  Connelly lands a left hook.  
Abudho is looking to close the distance.  Connelly lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Connelly throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Connelly tries to land a right hook, but Abudho dodges the shot and counters with a cross.

Abudho connects with a right hook.  
Abudho drives a right uppercut into Connelly's body.  
Connelly lands with a sharp jab.  
Abudho forces Connelly to retreat into a corner.  Connelly is on target with a left hook to Abudho's body.  Connelly attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Abudho time to recover.  
Connelly attempts to land a left hook, but Abudho slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Connelly strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Connelly's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Connelly throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Abudho's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Abudho is on target with a left uppercut.  
Connelly is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Abudho lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a cross to the head.  
Connelly feints a right, and then is on target with a jab.  
Abudho advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Abudho lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Abudho connects with a right uppercut.  
Abudho steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Abudho lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Abudho is on target with a cross.  
Abudho lands a jab.  
Connelly throws a left hook, but Abudho clinches his opponent.  Abudho uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Connelly behind the head. Connelly leans on his opponent using all his weight. Connelly uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Abudho behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Connelly to stop fouling.
