Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/02/2037 from Rodriguez, Philippines:

The Rodriguez venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Declan Sibayan (6 - 3) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Dave Tongol(9 - 18) from Rodriguez, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Tongol digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Tongol quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Tongol sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Tongol advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Tongol holds on to his opponent.  Sibayan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tongol behind the head. Tongol is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Tongol and breaks the clinch.  
Tongol steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Tongol manages to force Sibayan onto the ropes.  Tongol pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Tongol lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sibayan pivots to the side of his opponent, but Tongol is on target with a right hook.  
Tongol advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Tongol steps inside.  Sibayan throws a left hook, but Tongol holds on to his opponent.  Tongol leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Tongol throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Tongol sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Sibayan finds the target with a jab.  
Tongol is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Tongol clinches his opponent.  Tongol uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sibayan behind the head. Tongol leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Tongol's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
