Boxing Daily Report from the Greece National Finals 2020,  taking place on 26/03/2020 from Peristeri, Greece:

The Peristeri venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Christan Garis (12 - 1) who hails from Athens, Greece and George Patera(13 - 2) from Piraeus, Greece.

Patera sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Garis is on target with a solid right hook.  
Patera is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a hard jab.  
Patera gets on the inside.  Patera pivots to the side of his opponent, but Garis lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Garis strikes his opponents body with a big cross.  PATERA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Garis!
