Zuffur Saber vs Tevaughn Dhalla

Boxing Daily Report from the Kenya National Finals 2020,  taking place on 26/03/2020 from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya:

The Kangundo-Tala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Zuffur Saber (13 - 1) who hails from Athi River, Kenya and Tevaughn Dhalla(8 - 4) from Mombasa, Kenya.  

Round 1: 

Saber is looking to close the distance.  Saber quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Saber pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Saber connects with a cross.  
Saber steps inside.  Saber sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Dhalla digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Dhalla digs in a left hook to Saber's liver.  
Saber closes the distance.  Saber pivots from in front of his opponent, but Dhalla connects with a left hook.  
Dhalla tries to land a jab, but Saber sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Saber lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Saber advances into close range and is on target with a left uppercut to Dhalla's liver.  
Saber switches the action to the outside.  Dhalla lands a cross.  
Saber gets on the inside.  Dhalla connects with a left hook.  
Saber lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Saber's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Saber is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Dhalla attempts to land a jab, but Saber slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Dhalla tries to land a cross, but Saber sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Dhalla connects with a left hook.  
Dhalla drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Saber hits home with a cross.  
Dhalla is looking to close the distance.  Saber connects with a left hook.  
Saber tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.
