Angel Tellez vs Yago Cruzado

Boxing Daily Report from the Honduras National Finals 2020,  taking place on 29/03/2020 from San Pedro Sula, Honduras:

The San Pedro Sula venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Angel Tellez (9 - 6) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Yago Cruzado(11 - 4) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  

Round 1: 

Cruzado steps inside.  Tellez throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Tellez steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Cruzado gets on the inside.  Tellez sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Cruzado digs in a left hook to Tellez's liver.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cruzado's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.
