Glynn Ni vs Balamurali Nayak

Boxing Daily Report from the Malaysia National Finals 2020,  taking place on 11/04/2020 from Shah Alam, Malaysia:

The Shah Alam venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Glynn Ni (12 - 3) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Balamurali Nayak(10 - 3) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  

Round 1: 

Nayak tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Ni gets on the inside.  Nayak is on target with a left hook.  
Ni is looking to keep his distance and connects with a solid cross.  
Ni lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Ni closes the distance.  Nayak drives a left hook into Ni's liver.
