Jun Furutani vs Dan Wanchinga

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/10/2037 from Fukuoka, Japan:

The Fukuoka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jun Furutani (6 - 0) who hails from Kurume, Japan and Dan Wanchinga(2 - 11) from Kitwe, Zambia.  

Round 1: 

Wanchinga connects with a left uppercut.  
Furutani steps inside.  Furutani lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Furutani retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Wanchinga is whaling away with hooks, but Furutani keeps his defence tight.  Wanchinga is on target with a cross.  
Wanchinga feints a jab, and then attempts to land a cross, but Furutani blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Wanchinga switches the action to the outside.  Furutani drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Furutani steps inside.  Wanchinga sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Furutani lands a left hook.  
Furutani lands a jab.  
Furutani steps inside.  Wanchinga sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Furutani connects with a sharp left hook.  
Furutani is on target with a left hook.  
Wanchinga quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Wanchinga tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Furutani gets on the inside.  Wanchinga lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Furutani lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Furutani steps inside and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Wanchinga drives a left uppercut into Furutani's liver.  Wanchinga tries to land a left hook, but Furutani sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Wanchinga pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross to his opponents body.
