Chris Baldy vs Dale McAdams

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/01/2038 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chris Baldy (24 - 5) who hails from Houston, USA and Dale McAdams(1 - 0) from Saint Paul, USA.  

Round 1: 

Baldy connects with a cross.  
McAdams throws a right hook, but Baldy holds on to his opponent.  Baldy is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Baldy gets on the inside.  McAdams throws a left hook, but Baldy clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Baldy closes the distance.  Baldy sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McAdams digs in a right uppercut to Baldy's ribcage.  Baldy holds on to his opponent.  Baldy pushes his forearm into McAdams's face.  The ref breaks Baldy's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
McAdams attempts to land a left uppercut, but Baldy blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Baldy closes the distance.  McAdams lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
McAdams connects with a left hook.  McAdams throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baldy is on target with a cross.

Baldy pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
McAdams throws a left hook, but Baldy clinches his opponent.  Baldy is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Baldy.  
Baldy advances into close range.  Baldy throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives McAdams time to recover.  
Baldy lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
McAdams throws a left uppercut, but Baldy holds on to his opponent.  Baldy uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on McAdams's kidney. Baldy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Baldy's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Baldy advances into close range.  Baldy pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Baldy digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Baldy lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Baldy is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Baldy digs in a stinging left hook to McAdams's body.  
McAdams quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Baldy lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Baldy ties up his opponent.  McAdams leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. McAdams pushes his forearm into Baldy's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...McAdams's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

Baldy digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Baldy lands a cross.  
Baldy is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Baldy lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Baldy digs in a stinging right hook to McAdams's body.  MCADAMS IS HURT!  
Baldy is looking to force the stoppage!  Baldy lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body, AND KNOCKS MCADAMS DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but McAdams is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Baldy!
