The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Daiki Takagi (8 - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Mitsuru Sawaya(0 - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.

Takagi closes the distance and is on target with a sharp right hook to Sawaya's ribs.  
Sawaya throws a right hook, but Takagi ties up his opponent.  Takagi pushes his forearm into Sawaya's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Takagi about fouling.  
Sawaya tries to keep the action at long range.  Takagi lands a stiff jab.  
Takagi is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Takagi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.
