Daichi Shiro vs Dave Casim

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 01/02/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Daichi Shiro (0 - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Dave Casim(0 - 5) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Casim is on target with a cross.  
Casim gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Shiro tries to keep the action at long range and connects with an overhand right.  
Casim closes the distance and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Shiro switches the action to the outside and is on target with a stinging jab.  
Casim manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Casim pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Shiro's ribcage.  
Shiro switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right.  
Casim is on target with a right hook.  
Casim walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Shiro lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.

Casim closes the distance.  Shiro lands a sharp right hook.  
Shiro steps to the outside and lands a firm overhand left.  
Shiro snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Casim advances into close range and forces Shiro to back into the ropes.  Shiro goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Casim's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Shiro lands a stinging right hook.  
Shiro steps to the outside and connects with a firm overhand right.  
Casim sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Shiro lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Shiro drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.  
Shiro quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Casim connects with an overhand right.  
Shiro lands with a stiff jab.  
Shiro hits home with a cross.  
Shiro is on target with a jab.  
Shiro tries to land a jab, but Casim sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Casim advances into close range.  Casim quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Casim forces Shiro to back into a neutral corner.  Casim lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Casim attempts to land a right hook, but Shiro blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Casim's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
