Elias Tesoro vs Leighton Calderwood

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/02/2038 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Elias Tesoro (45(3) - 5) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Leighton Calderwood(4 - 5) from Houston, USA.  

Round 1: 

Tesoro drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Tesoro throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Tesoro holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Tesoro pushes his forearm into Calderwood's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Tesoro quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp left hook.  
Calderwood connects with a solid right hook.  
Tesoro steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Tesoro clinches his opponent.  Tesoro pushes his forearm into Calderwood's face.  The ref breaks Tesoro's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Calderwood almost instantly recovers. 
Tesoro is on target with a left hook to Calderwood's ribs.  
Calderwood sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Tesoro drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Tesoro is on target with a sharp right hook to Calderwood's body.  
Tesoro walks Calderwood into a neutral corner.  Tesoro lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Tesoro digs in a right hook to Calderwood's ribcage.  
Tesoro is on target with a firm right hook.  
Calderwood throws a left hook, but Tesoro holds on to his opponent.  Tesoro uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Calderwood's kidney. The ref breaks Tesoro's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Calderwood throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tesoro is on target with a right uppercut.  
Tesoro lands a left hook.

Tesoro digs in a firm left uppercut to Calderwood's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE CALDERWOOD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Tesoro thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Calderwood away.  Tesoro lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, DROPPING CALDERWOOD TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Tesoro lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS CALDERWOOD SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.
