Siyabonga Chikane vs Zareb Berko

Boxing Daily Report from the South Africa National Finals 2020,  taking place on 26/04/2020 from East London, South Africa:

The East London venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Siyabonga Chikane (13 - 1) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Zareb Berko(6 - 8) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Berko gets on the inside.  Berko pivots to the right of his opponent, but Chikane digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Berko is looking to close the distance and manouvers Chikane onto the ropes.  Berko pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Chikane is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a sharp jab.  
Chikane tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Berko closes the distance.  Chikane drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Berko walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Berko pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents body.
