Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2020,  taking place on 26/04/2020 from Gulu, Uganda:

The Gulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Malik Shah (12 - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Mark Sserulyo(9 - 6(3)) from Kampala, Uganda.

Shah steps inside and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Shah hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Sserulyo pivots to the left of his opponent, but Shah drives a sharp right hook into Sserulyo's body.  
Shah switches the action to the outside and drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Shah is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sserulyo connects with an overhand right.  
Shah attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Sserulyo's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
