Boxing Daily Report from the Jordan National Finals 2038,  taking place on 26/03/2038 from Russeifa, Jordan:

The Russeifa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Atif Aswad (1 - 3) who hails from Amman, Jordan and Khalid Nazar(27 - 13) from Zarqa, Jordan.  

Round 1: 

Nazar steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Nazar manouvers Aswad onto the ropes.  Nazar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Nazar is on target with a firm right hook.  Nazar holds on to his opponent.  Nazar leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Nazar's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Nazar lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Aswad pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Aswad throws a right hook, but Nazar clinches his opponent.  Nazar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Nazar drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Nazar is on target with a sharp right uppercut.  
Nazar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Aswad is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.

Nazar cuts off the ring, trapping Aswad in a corner.  Nazar drives a sharp right uppercut into Aswad's ribcage.

He lectures Nazar about fouling.  Aswad almost instantly recovers.
