Boxing Daily Report from the Kenya National Finals 2038,  taking place on 01/04/2038 from Kisumu, Kenya:

The Kisumu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Darryl Olita (48(21) - 12(1)) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and John Magutt(13 - 14) from Nairobi, Kenya.

Olita holds on to his opponent.  Olita leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Olita cuts off the ring, trapping Magutt on the ropes.  Olita sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Olita lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  Olita ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Olita pushes his forearm into Magutt's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Olita to stop fouling.

Olita advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Olita clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Magutt pushes his forearm into Olita's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Magutt's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Olita pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Magutt recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
