Gus Mills vs Zhuang Lim

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/06/2038 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gus Mills (45 - 6) who hails from Riverside, USA and Zhuang Lim(2 - 9(1)) from Zigong, China.  

Round 1: 

Mills is looking to close the distance and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Lim sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Mills lands a solid jab.  
Mills lands a left hook.  
Mills steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to Mills's ribs.  
Mills pivots from in front of his opponent.  Lim finds the target with a jab.  Lim attempts to land a left hook, but Mills blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Mills forces Lim to retreat onto the ropes.  Mills sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Mills gets on the inside.  Mills pivots from in front of his opponent, but Lim is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mills leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Lim tries to tag Mills on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Mills gets on the inside.  Lim connects with a solid right hook.  
Mills lands a jab.  
Lim drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Mills closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Lim throws a right hook, but Mills clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Lim pushes his forearm into Mills's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Lim to stop fouling.  
Mills is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mills lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mills advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Mills connects with a left hook.  
Mills drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Mills lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Mills closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.
