Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/06/2038 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Clint Swan (29 - 16) who hails from Houston, USA and Mel Heriot(0 - 11(2)) from Greeley, USA.  

Round 1: 

Heriot steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Swan is looking to close the distance.  Heriot throws a right uppercut, but Swan holds on to his opponent.  Swan pushes his forearm into Heriot's face.  The ref breaks Swan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Swan digs in a firm left hook to Heriot's body.  Swan tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Heriot tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Heriot attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Swan time to recover.  
Swan steps inside and connects with a left hook.  Swan clinches his opponent.  Swan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Swan lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Heriot pivots to the right of his opponent, but Swan drives a solid left hook into Heriot's body.  
Swan steps inside and lands a left hook.  
Heriot finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Heriot quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Swan is on target with a jab.  
Swan closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Swan lands a firm left uppercut.  
Swan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Heriot throws a left hook, but Swan clinches his opponent.  Swan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Heriot's kidney. 
Swan lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Heriot steps away from his opponent and lands a spiteful jab.
