Roman Veras vs Adnan Niati

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/07/2038 from San Miguelito, Panama:

The San Miguelito venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Roman Veras (38 - 7) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Adnan Niati(1 - 5) from Algiers, Algeria.  

Round 1: 

Veras lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Veras hits home with a solid jab.  
Veras gets on the inside.  Niati hits home with a left hook.  
Veras pivots to the side of his opponent.  Veras lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Veras holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Veras's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Veras drives a firm left hook into his opponents liver.  Veras holds on to his opponent.  Veras leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Veras throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Veras walks his opponent into the corner.  Niati throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Veras holds on to his opponent.  Veras is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Veras and breaks the clinch.  
Veras steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Veras sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Veras lands a left uppercut.  
Veras lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Veras digs in a right uppercut to Niati's ribcage.  
Niati advances into close range.  Veras lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Niati throws a left hook, but Veras clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Veras's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Veras manages to force Niati into the red corner.  Veras connects with a left uppercut.  
Veras pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Niati's body.  
Niati throws a left uppercut, but Veras ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Veras's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Veras lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Niati sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Niati tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Veras advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Veras is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Niati slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Niati throws a left hook, but Veras holds on to his opponent.  Niati is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Niati about fouling.

Niati throws a left uppercut, but Veras clinches his opponent.  Veras uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Niati behind the head. The referee warns Veras and breaks the clinch.  
Veras drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Veras walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Veras lands a left hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Veras gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Veras lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Veras lands a sharp cross.  
Niati is looking to close the distance.  Niati pivots to the right of his opponent.  Niati tries to land a left hook, but Veras blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Veras lands a left hook.  
Veras lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Veras is looking to close the distance.  Veras sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Veras is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.

Veras quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Veras connects with a left uppercut.  
Veras hits home with a right hook.  
Veras is on target with a left hook.  
Veras closes the distance.  Niati throws a right hook, but Veras holds on to his opponent.  Veras leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Veras to stop holding.  
Niati throws a left hook, but Veras ties up his opponent.  Niati is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Veras's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Veras lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Veras steps inside and crashes a spiteful left uppercut to Niati's ribs.  NIATI IS DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Veras!
