Ethan Cormack vs David Drews

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/07/2038 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ethan Cormack (34 - 6) who hails from San Diego, USA and David Drews(0 - 4) from Memphis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Drews hits home with a left hook.  
Drews walks Cormack onto the ropes.  Drews lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Cormack sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Cormack feints a right hook, and then is on target with a stinging jab.  
Cormack switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Cormack hits home with a firm right hook.  
Cormack lands a right hook to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Drews forces Cormack to back into the ropes.  Drews quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Drews lands a right uppercut.  Drews attempts to land a cross, but Cormack sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cormack drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Drews tries to step out of his opponents range.  Cormack lands a jab.  
Drews lands a jab.  
Cormack steps to the outside.  Drews connects with a cross.  
Cormack steps inside and drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Cormack strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Drews quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Cormack tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.

Cormack gets on the inside and drives a stinging left hook into Drews's ribs.  
Cormack digs in a left hook to Drews's ribs.  
Drews quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Cormack lands a ramrod jab.  
Drews lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cormack hits home with a solid jab.  
Cormack is looking to close the distance.  Drews lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Drews tries to step out of his opponents range.  Cormack lands with a spiteful jab.  
Cormack closes the distance.  Drews tries to land a right uppercut, but Cormack dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.
