Dillon Boyce vs Rich Clogston

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 10/08/2038 from Charleston, USA:

The Charleston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dillon Boyce (14 - 11) who hails from Columbia, USA and Rich Clogston(7 - 7) from Pembroke Pines, USA.  

Round 1: 

Clogston sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Boyce lands a jab.  
Clogston sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Boyce lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Boyce tries to keep the action at long range.  Boyce sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Boyce attempts to land a cross, but Clogston blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Clogston pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a firm cross.  
Clogston pivots to the right of his opponent, but Boyce is on target with a left uppercut.  
Clogston manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Clogston sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Boyce snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.  
Boyce lands a spiteful jab.  
Boyce tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stiff jab.  
Boyce pivots to the side of his opponent.  Boyce lands a cross.  Boyce throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Boyce tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Boyce is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Clogston connects with a solid cross.  
Clogston lands with a stiff jab.  
Clogston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.

Clogston manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Clogston lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Boyce throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Boyce steps away from his opponent.  Clogston snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Boyce hits home with a hard jab.  
Boyce lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Clogston advances into close range.  Clogston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Boyce lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Clogston pivots to the side of his opponent, but Boyce drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Boyce connects with an overhand right.

Boyce tries to keep the action at long range and drives a jab into Clogston's body.  
Clogston lands with a solid jab.  
Boyce switches the action to the outside.  Clogston is on target with a cross.  
Clogston hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Boyce drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Clogston lands a jab.  
Boyce sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Clogston manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Clogston is on target with a stinging jab.  
Clogston throws a left hook, but Boyce clinches his opponent.  Boyce tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Clogston's kidney. Clogston is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Clogston about fouling.  
Clogston lands with a sharp jab.
