The Havana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Malvolio Cotta (14 - 9) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Leonel Ponce(2 - 10(1)) from Havana, Cuba.

Cotta lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Ponce quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Cotta hits home with a sharp cross.  
Cotta closes the distance and walks Ponce down, trapping him on the ropes.  Cotta lands a left hook.  
Ponce pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Ponce is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with an overhand left.  
Ponce is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cotta walks his opponent into the corner.  Ponce lands a left hook.  
Cotta drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
Ponce hits home with a right uppercut.  
Ponce is on target with a left hook to Cotta's ribs.

Cotta closes the distance.  Ponce throws a right hook, but Cotta clinches his opponent.  Ponce pushes his forearm into Cotta's face.  The ref breaks Cotta's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cotta sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Cotta cuts off the ring, trapping Ponce on the ropes.  Cotta connects with a right hook.  
Cotta lands a firm left hook.
