Adam Howells vs Onofre Tejada

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/11/2038 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Adam Howells (37(1) - 6) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Onofre Tejada(3 - 26) from Leon, Mexico.  

Round 1: 

Tejada is on target with a left uppercut to Howells's body.

Tejada throws a left hook, but Howells holds on to his opponent.  Tejada pushes his forearm into Howells's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tejada to stop fouling.  
Howells closes the distance.  Tejada tries to land a right uppercut, but Howells slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Tejada steps to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.
