Brett Banter vs Amon Carnie

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/12/2038 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Brett Banter (28 - 3) who hails from San Antonio, USA and Amon Carnie(1 - 15) from San Diego, USA.  

Round 1: 

Carnie sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Banter lands a jab to Carnie's body.  
Banter advances into close range.  Banter pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Carnie finds the target with a jab.  
Banter steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Banter switches the action to the outside.  Carnie tries to land an overhand right, but Banter slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Banter is looking to close the distance and forces Carnie to back into a neutral corner.  Banter lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Banter digs in a solid right hook to Carnie's ribcage.  
Banter steps inside.  Carnie tries to land a left uppercut, but Banter slips the shot and counters with a left hook to Carnie's ribs.  
Carnie hits home with a right hook.  
Banter switches the action to the outside.  Banter feints a left hook, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Banter leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Carnie accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Banter.  
Carnie lands a spiteful jab.  
Banter advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Banter is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Banter steps inside and is on target with a solid right hook to Carnie's ribcage.
