Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/12/2038 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Peter Jerden (26 - 10) who hails from Santa Ana, USA and Bruce Wing(0 - 2(1)) from Memphis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Jerden pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a solid right hook.  
Jerden lands with a solid jab.  Jerden attempts to land a jab, but Wing slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Wing hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Jerden gets on the inside.  Jerden leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Wing throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Wing's body.  
Jerden lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jerden is on target with a left hook to Wing's body.  
Jerden lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Jerden throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Wing is looking to keep his distance and hits home with an overhand right.  
Wing sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Jerden hits the target with a stinging jab.  
Jerden is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Jerden is looking to close the distance.  Wing pivots to the side of his opponent.  Wing goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Jerden's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Wing pivots to the right of his opponent, but Jerden lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jerden's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
