Dai Sugita vs Ichiro Nakamura

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/01/2039 from Fukuoka, Japan:

The Fukuoka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dai Sugita (14 - 27(1)) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Ichiro Nakamura(11 - 7) from Kyoto, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Sugita lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Sugita walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sugita lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sugita lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Nakamura cuts off the ring, trapping Sugita in the corner.  Nakamura drives a stinging left hook into Sugita's ribs.  
Nakamura pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
Sugita tries to land a jab, but Nakamura slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook.
