The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rodrigo Ferrin (15 - 12) who hails from San Jose, USA and John Wigen(0 - 4) from Saint Paul, USA.

Wigen sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.

Ferrin connects with a right uppercut.  Ferrin holds on to his opponent.  Ferrin pushes his forearm into Wigen's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ferrin about fouling.  
Ferrin tries to land a left hook, but Wigen blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ferrin is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Wigen is looking to close the distance.  Ferrin connects with a right hook.  
Wigen throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Ferrin clinches his opponent.  Wigen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ferrin advances into close range.  Wigen throws a left hook, but Ferrin clinches his opponent.  Wigen throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Wigen drives a left hook into Ferrin's ribs.
