Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/01/2039 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are James Boone (40 - 14) who hails from Miramar, USA and Paul McCargo(1 - 11) from Jackson, USA.  

Round 1: 

Boone steps away from his opponent.  Boone feints a cross, and then lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
McCargo closes the distance and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Boone steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Boone quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Boone is on target with a stinging overhand left.  
McCargo hits home with a solid left hook.  
Boone feints a jab and triggers a left hook counter from McCargo.  Boone springs the trap, countering with  a sharp right uppercut to McCargo's body.  
McCargo advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  Boone ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, McCargo pushes his forearm into Boone's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns McCargo to stop fouling.  
Boone is on target with a left hook.  
Boone feints a jab, but McCargo is not fooled and responds with a left uppercut.  
McCargo steps inside.  Boone hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Boone tries to step out of his opponents range.  Boone feints a jab, tricking McCargo into launching a right hook counter.  Boone springs the trap and counters with  a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
McCargo pivots to the right of his opponent, but  throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores McCargo's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
McCargo is looking to close the distance.  Boone lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Boone ties up his opponent.  McCargo hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. McCargo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
McCargo is looking to close the distance.  Boone is on target with a sharp left hook to McCargo's body.  
McCargo is looking to close the distance and manouvers Boone onto the ropes.  Boone lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Boone ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Boone pushes his forearm into McCargo's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
McCargo is looking to close the distance.  Boone digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boone's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.
