Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/01/2039 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Greg Floyd (14 - 2) who hails from San Diego, USA and John Devlin(1 - 8) from Chicago, USA.  

Round 1: 

Floyd is on target with a right hook to Devlin's body.

Devlin sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Floyd lands a right hook.

Devlin tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.

Devlin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Devlin lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Floyd is on target with a sharp cross.  
Devlin advances into close range.  Devlin sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Floyd lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Devlin's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Devlin connects with a left hook.  Floyd holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Devlin pushes his forearm into Floyd's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Devlin hits home with a left hook.  
Floyd finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Devlin steps inside.  Floyd hits home with a solid right hook.  
Floyd forces Devlin to back into the ropes.  Floyd is on target with a right hook.
