Daiki Tanaka vs Ryuu Konda

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 31/01/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Daiki Tanaka (11 - 8) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Ryuu Konda(0 - 7) from Kyoto, Japan.

Konda finds the target with a jab.

Tanaka steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Tanaka is on target with a left uppercut.  
Konda switches the action to the outside.  Tanaka tries to land an overhand right, but Konda sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Tanaka gets on the inside and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tanaka closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Konda is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Konda steps to the outside.  Konda sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Tanaka hits the target with a solid jab.  
Tanaka lands a left hook.

Tanaka manages to force Konda onto the ropes.  Tanaka lands a firm left hook.  
Konda tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut to Konda's liver.  
Tanaka gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Tanaka steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Konda in a neutral corner.  Tanaka hits home with a left uppercut.  
Konda is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Tanaka throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Tanaka steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
