Raiden Koda vs Akira Yanagi

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/02/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Raiden Koda (51 - 14) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Akira Yanagi(8 - 17) from Toyota, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Koda steps away from his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.

Koda steps away from his opponent and hits home with a stiff jab.  
Yanagi is looking to close the distance.  Koda hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Koda gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Koda steps to the outside and attempts to land an overhand right, but Yanagi blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Yanagi closes the distance.  Koda drives a left hook into Yanagi's body.  
Yanagi pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Koda's body.  
Yanagi connects with a right hook.  
Koda connects with a firm cross.
