Mel Dunson vs Eduardo Calle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/02/2039 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mel Dunson (6 - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Eduardo Calle(4 - 6) from Lima, Peru.  

Round 1: 

Dunson attempts to land a jab, but Calle dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Dunson gets on the inside.  Calle hits home with a left hook.  
Dunson sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Calle tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Dunson sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Dunson gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Dunson tries to land a right hook, but Calle sidesteps and counters with a left hook to Dunson's ribs.  
Dunson advances into close range.  Dunson pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Dunson gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  
Calle quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Dunson is on target with a cross.  
Dunson feints a left hook, and then is on target with a right uppercut.  
Dunson gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Dunson cuts off the ring, trapping Calle in the corner.  Dunson connects with a sharp left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dunson's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

Dunson tries to step out of his opponents range.  Calle strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Calle lands a cross.  
Dunson sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Calle attempts to land a jab, but Dunson slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Dunson feints a cross, but Calle ignores the feint and is on target with a cross.  
Dunson forces Calle to back into the ropes.  Dunson feints a cross, but Calle is not fooled and responds with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Calle's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
