Oliver Cunningham vs Rich Wynne

Boxing Daily Report from the Canada National Finals 2039,  taking place on 11/03/2039 from Halifax, Canada:

The Halifax venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Oliver Cunningham (10 - 9(1)) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Rich Wynne(32(1) - 13) from Edmonton, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Cunningham lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Wynne sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Wynne quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Wynne is on target with a stinging right hook to Cunningham's ribs.  
Cunningham tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a jab, but Wynne slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Wynne sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cunningham attempts to land a left hook, but Wynne sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Wynne manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Wynne sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Wynne throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Wynne holds on to his opponent.  Wynne leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Wynne feints a right hook, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Wynne steps inside and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE CUNNINGHAM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Cunningham almost instantly recovers. 
Wynne lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Wynne closes the distance.  Wynne sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Wynne lands a cross to Cunningham's body.  
Wynne forces Cunningham to back into the red corner.  Wynne lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Wynne pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Wynne pivots from in front of his opponent.  Wynne tries to land a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cunningham switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  Cunningham tries to land a jab, but Wynne parries the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.

Wynne lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
The right shot from Wynne could be enough to force the stoppage!  Wynne lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND CUNNINGHAM IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Cunningham cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Wynne!
