Boxing Daily Report from the China National Finals 2039,  taking place on 11/03/2039 from Linyi, China:

The Linyi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Genjo Kook (0 - 4(1)) who hails from Quanzhou, China and Qing-Nan Shum(2 - 0) from Xiamen, China.

Shum manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Shum lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Shum pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Shum lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Shum steps inside and connects with a solid left hook.  
Kook throws a left hook, but Shum holds on to his opponent.  Shum uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Kook behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Shum about fouling.  
Kook throws a right uppercut, but Shum ties up his opponent.  Kook throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Shum is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
